Those who appreciate the mid-sized versions of Google's Pixel handsets are looking forward to the Pixel 6a, which of course has yet to be introduced. The design copies the look of the Pixel 6 as we can tell from renders produced by OnLeaks and 91Mobiles. Today, another tipster who goes by the name xleaks7 (real name is David Kowalski) disseminated tweets showing the front, back, bottom, and one side of what allegedly is an aluminum dummy unit of the Pixel 6a.
The tired old 12.2MP sensor could return to the Pixel 6a as the primary camera on the back

Will the Pixel 6a include features such as the Magic Eraser, Face Unblur, Live Translate and Motion mode?
It all depends on whether Google wants to include some or even all of the cool new features it put on the flagship Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro models such as Magic Eraser, Face Unblur, Live Translate, Motion mode, and more. Including all of these, the Tensor chip, a tri-camera setup, and a decent battery for $449 (the launch price of this year's Pixel 5a) could make the device a huge hit next year.
On the other hand, Google does need to leave some difference between the Pixel 6a and Pixel 6 just to give consumers an incentive to buy the more expensive latter model. At first glance, this would appear to be the flagship model's 50MP primary camera vs the 12.2MP camera on the Pixel 6a. It will be interesting to see how Google plays this.
